PTFE Pipe

Characteristic of the products:

PTFE Tube (pipe) is made by plunger extrusion of suspension polymerized PTFE resin. Among all the existing plastics, PTFE has the best corrosion-resistance and dielectricity

Specification:

-Extruded Tube: Min OD=0.5mm, Max OD=250mm, Length according to customer's request

-Molded Tube: Min OD=30mm, Max OD=1000mm, Length: 100mm-300mm

Features:

1) PTFE tubing is manufactured with ram extruding method using PTFE granular resin

2) PTFE is the most chemical-resistant material of all known plastic

3) With the best electrical properties among plastic materials

4) Applications: insulating cover for conductor, pipe for corrosive fluids

Properties:

1) Material: 100% Virgin PTFE

2) Apparent density: 3 2.10~2.30g/cm³

3) Tensile strength (min.): 22-28MPa

4) Ultimate elongation (min.): 250-300%

5) Break down voltage: 10KV/mm
6) Temp resist: -180 ~ +260

Use of the products:

Lead insulating sleeve, corrosion-resistant pipe, and corrosion-resistant insulating pipe for different corrosive conditions, heat exchanger.
