Teflon Gasket

Introduction:

        PTFE Gaskets is made by plunger extrusion of suspension polymerized PTFE resin. Among all the existing plastics, O Rings PTFE Gasket has the best corrosion-resistance and dielectricity. Lead insulating sleeve, corrosion-resistant Teflon gaskets, and corrosion-resistant insulating Teflon gasket for different corrosive conditions, heat exchanger.

      PTFE gasket is used to seal pipe flange and joint of industrial machinery apparatus which is Lined with rubber, plastic ceramics, graphite etc.

      Our seals are designed to deliver excellent purity, low stress to seal, chemical compatibility, as well as reduced creep and cold flow characteristics. Another advantage of our gaskets is their use in a variety of sealing applications, including use with misaligned, damaged, or rough sealing surfaces. Our PTFE gaskets are produced in all of the standard ansi flange sizes. Special sizes and thickness is available upon request. We also offer welded one piece construction for those demanding applications where a pieced joint will not be acceptable.
